Habil Surkhay oglu Gurbanov ((アゼルバイジャン語:Habil Surxay oğlu Qurbanov); born on March 14, 19515, Azerbaijan Republic) is an Azerbaijani jurist, Doctor of science of Laws, Professor.〔(Габил Сурхай оглы Kурбанов )〕 ==Biography== Habil Surkhay Gurbanov was born on March 14, 1955 in Aghdam. His father Surkhay Gurbanov was enlightener. He graduated from secondary school No. 1 in Aghdam in 1971. He graduated the faculty of geography of Azerbaijan Pedagogical Institute in 1971-1975 with honors. Beginning his work as a junior researcher at the National Academy of Sciences in 1975-1976 Habil Gurbanov was in military service in the city of Khmelnitsky, Ukraine. He worked in the Komsomol Committee of Nasimi district of Baku in 1976-1980. In 1980 he worked as an enrollment management inspector of secondary special police school of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR. In 1982-1985, he successfully graduated from the Volgograd High Investigation schools extramural education department. Habil Gurbanov directed extramural education department of the Baku police department in 1984-1986. In 1986-1990 he was Vice-principal of the said school. He was accepted to the prosecutor’s office in 1990 and was working as a prosecutor in surveillance department of Baku City Prosecutor’s Office and senior prosecutor. He was Deputy Prosecutor of Garadagh district in 1994-1995, acting prosecutor, in 1995-1997 prosecutor of Devechi (Shabran) district.
